Hi, I’m Jason Hegge, founder of Hegge’s Taxi Service

I started this company in June 2025 after many years in construction, where I built docks, remodeled homes, and operated heavy equipment. Due to health issues, I had to give up that career and was out of work for several years.

During that time, my oldest son supported me, but I didn’t want to keep putting that weight on him. That’s when I made the decision to sell off my construction equipment and invest in something meaningful — a safe and reliable taxi service for my community.

My inspiration came from watching tragic news stories about drunk driving accidents and unsafe, unmarked rides that led to crimes. I knew then that I wanted to build a taxi company where safety is the top priority.
